Terms of Service

Effective October 29, 2026

These terms apply to churroman.co and the games on it, run by Churroman, the family-owned churro stand at 7011 West Waters Avenue in Tampa, Florida. By using the site, you agree to them.

Using our site

You’re welcome to use the site and play the games for your own personal, non-commercial fun. Please don’t try to break, overload or get around the site or the games, and don’t use bots, scripts or tricks to post scores.

Menu, prices and orders

  • Prices, items and hours can change without notice, and some items can sell out. The prices at the stand are the final prices. Photos show how our food looks, but every batch is made by hand.
  • Party pack prices are based on half beef and half chicken empanadas. The Large Party Pack needs 24 hours’ notice.
  • Orders are for pickup at the stand. We may decline an order we can’t fill.
  • Our churros are vegan. Some sauces and fillings contain dairy or nuts (Nutella has hazelnuts), so please ask us about ingredients if you have a food allergy.

Games and the weekly contest: official rules

  1. Sponsor. Churroman, 7011 West Waters Avenue, Tampa, FL 33634, 813-330-9989.
  2. No purchase necessary. The games are free to play, and buying something doesn’t improve your chances of winning.
  3. How to enter. Play the contest game for the week on churroman.co and save your score with three initials. The contest game changes every week and is shown on the Games page.
  4. Contest week. Each week closes on Sunday at 10:00 pm Eastern Time (Tampa time). Scores saved after that count toward the next week.
  5. Prizes. The top 3 scores in the contest game win traditional churros: 36 churros for 1st place, 24 churros for 2nd and 12 churros for 3rd (approximate retail values $18, $12 and $6). Prizes have no cash value and can’t be exchanged or transferred.
  6. Ties. Tied scores share a place (up to two players per place), and each one wins that place’s prize.
  7. One prize per player each week. If a player holds more than one top spot, they win their highest, and the next spot goes to the next player.
  8. Who can win. Players of any age can win, but a parent or guardian (18 or older) must claim and pick up the prize for a player under 18. Void where prohibited.
  9. Winners and claiming. Winners are posted by initials on the High Scores page when the week closes. To claim, call or text 813-330-9989 with the claim code for the winning score before coming, then pick up the prize at the stand any day from Monday through Sunday of the next week. Prizes not claimed by then are forfeited.
  10. Fair play. We may remove scores or disqualify players who cheat, use bots or scripts, take advantage of a bug, or use inappropriate initials. Our decisions about the contest are final.
  11. Changes. We may change, pause or end the contest at any time by posting the change on the site.

Our name, photos and games

The Churroman name, logo, photos, videos, games, characters and coloring pages belong to Churroman. You’re welcome to print our coloring and activity pages for personal, non-commercial use. Please don’t copy or reuse anything else without asking us first.

Reviews on our site

The reviews on our site are real Google reviews from our customers. We quote them word for word, sometimes shortened (marked with “…”). On our Spanish pages, the reviews are translated.

Our site links to other websites, like Google Maps, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Yelp. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for them.

Disclaimer

We work hard to keep the site and the games running, but they’re provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. A game can have a bug, and scores can sometimes be lost.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Churroman is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages that come from using the site or the games.

Florida law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Hillsborough County, Florida.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we’ll post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
